The NCRGSA is the National Control and Restraint General Services Association which is the largest provider of physical methods, intervention training in the NHS today. Nightingales techniques and physical skills have all been clinically audited. All our trainers in conflict management have passed the NCRGSA three week tutors course.

Nightingales Training was awarded the prestige award of ‘Quality Award for Training' by the ‘ Institute of Conflict Management '.

All our first aid tutors are approved CIEH tutors.
Nightingales is also a HSE approved First Aid training centre .

Nightingales Training have our own ‘ National Open College Network' approved training centre for delivering the ‘Skills for Security / NOCN' courses in:

- Level 2
- Static & Patrol Guarding.
- Door Supervision
- Conflict Management
- PSS (CCTV) Operators.
- Security officers working in Higher education establishments
- Security officers working in retail establishments

All trainers have attained City & Guilds 7302 & 1886 Level 2
